Fed’s EZ CDC Caddis

Fed’s EZ CDC Caddis

Introducing the Fed’s EZ CDC Caddis, a fly pattern crafted with precision and innovation, embodying the mastery of fly tying techniques developed by Al Beatty. Designed by Paul Fedeles, this pattern showcases two captivating variants, each offering its own allure and effectiveness on the water.

The first variant utilises the natural buoyancy and lifelike movement of CDC (Cul de Canard) feathers. Renowned for their water-repellent properties and ability to mimic the appearance of emerging insects, CDC feathers bring unparalleled realism to this fly, enticing even the most selective trout.

Alternatively, the second variant features Poly Yarn, a versatile synthetic material that mimics the delicate silhouette of emerging caddisflies. Offering durability and visibility, Poly Yarn ensures that the fly remains buoyant and visible in various water conditions, making it a reliable choice for anglers seeking consistent success on the stream.
